安装步骤
- 本产品串联接入被保护设备
- 安装在35mm电气安装导轨上
- 产品IN(1,2)端为输入端，与信号通道相连；OUT(3,4)端为输出端
- 产品两侧各有一个接地端子，建议使用输出侧接地端子，接地线必须连接至接地系统，建议使用2.5mm²电缆，接地线应尽可能短
- 安装完成后应检查电路是否正常工作
Installation steps
- This product is connected in series to the protected device
- Mount on the 35mm DIN rail
- The IN terminal should be connected to the signal channel; OUT terminal to the protected devices
- There is a grounding terminal in each side, recommended to use the one at output side, earth lead must be connected to the earthing system, ideally using 2.5mm² cable. The cable should be as short as possible
- After installation, ensure the circuit is functioning

多个产品安装时，可使用E-3、E-5或E-10母线将所有接地端子连接至地。
重要提示：输入电缆和输出电缆必须分开铺设，否则会造成干扰！

- This product is connected in series of the protected device
- Mount SPD on 35mm DIN rail
- The OUT terminal should be connected to the protected devices
- SPD’s earthing terminal must be connected to nearby earthing busbar of the metal earthing enclosure of the protected device
- After above, you should ensure the circuit is functioning
Multiple products installation
For multiple products installation, busbar E-3, E-5 or E-10 can be used to combine all the earth terminals to earth.
Important: Input cable and output cable must be laid out separately, otherwise it will cause interference!

- 连接导线，导线截面积必须大于10mm²。导线耐压值不小于AC50V，确保接线可靠
- 如需远程报警，应连接至2和3端子(正常时2和3断开，故障时2和3闭合)
- 安装完成后，接通电源并合上电路断路器。如果SPD窗口未显示红色，表示工作正常
后备保护要求
后备保护熔断器必须安装在SPD的上游，确保被保护系统具有双重保护。SPD系统中使用的熔断器值应满足：
- 熔断器的值不应大于SPD后备保护熔断器的最大耐受能力

- Check the product for integrity of the package; make sure the product involves undamaged parts
- Mount on 35mm DIN rail
- Connect conductors, the cross-sectional area must be larger than 10mm². The withstand voltage value is not smaller than AC50V; ensure wiring reliable
- If remote alarm needed, connect to terminal 2 and 3 (normally open, closes when fault occurs)
- After installation, switch on the power supply and turn on the circuit breaker. If the SPD’s window does not appear red, it is operating normally
Backup protection requirements
Fuse must be installed at the upstream of the SPD to ensure double protection. The value of the fuse used in a SPD system should confirm to:
- The value of fuse should not be larger than the max. withstand capacity of the SPD’s backup fuse value
- Under the status of the max. current in the power supply & close loop circuit available current, the fuse should be able to discontinue current if overloaded or short-circuited
- In 1.5 class configuration, the fuse should be as large as possible to allow the maximum surge discharge of SPD

安装步骤
- 检查产品包装完整性，确保产品窗口未显示红色
- 将产品安装在35mm DIN导轨上
- 连接导线，导线截面积必须大于4mm²。导线耐压值不小于AC500V，确保接线可靠
- 如需远程报警，应连接信号线至1和3或2和3端子(正常时2和3断开，1和3闭合；故障时状态相反)
- 安装完成后，接通电源并合上电路断路器。如果SPD窗口显示绿色，表示工作正常

后备保护要求
熔断器必须安装在SPD的上游，确保被保护系统具有双重保护。SPD系统中使用的熔断器值应满足：
- 熔断器的值不应大于SPD后备熔断器的最大耐受能力
- 在电源最大电流和闭合回路可用电流状态下，熔断器应能断开过载或短路电流
- 综合考虑1和2点，熔断器应尽可能大以允许SPD的最大浪涌放电
Installation steps
- Check product integrity; ensure window doesn’t show red
- Mount on 35mm DIN rail
- Connect conductors (>4mm²), withstand voltage ≥AC500V
- For remote alarm, connect to terminal 1-3 or 2-3 (normally 2-3 open, 1-3 close; reverses when fault)
- After installation, power on and close circuit breaker. Green window indicates normal operation

Backup protection requirements
Fuse must be installed upstream of SPD to ensure double protection. Fuse rating should:
- Not exceed SPD’s max. backup fuse withstand capacity
- Disconnect when overloaded or short-circuited under max. supply current
- Be as large as possible to allow SPD’s maximum surge discharge

维护说明 / Maintenance
应定期检查工作状态，特别是雷雨过后。一旦上游熔断器断开或SPD窗口显示红色，电工应检查/更换SPD。
Regularly inspect the operating status, especially after lightning. Once the fuse upstream breaks, or the SPD’s window indicates red, electrician should check/replace the SPD.
